Instant soups

 

Thanks to freeze-drying, we have succeeded in developing premium instant soups that require no cooking. The soups are 100% organic, vegan, free from any additives, colourings, flavour enhancers, preservatives...

The stock consists of carrots, onions, potatoes, celery and salt, while the additional flavour comes from homegrown microgreens. We have 4 mildly spicy flavours: China Rose radish, Daikon radish, Red radish and Mustard, and 2 mild flavours: Broccoli and Sunflower.

Preparation is simple: mix the contents of the sachet with 250ml of hot water, wait 2-3 min.
