Deliveries within 25 km of Osijek are made by our own drivers in the Plodmobil :)

The 25 km radius covers: Osijek, Antunovac, Bilje, Brijest, Briješće, Darda, Ernestinovo, Ivanovac, Josipovac, Livana, Mece, Nemetin, Sarvaš, Tenja, Višnjevac, Čepin, Kopačevo, Vardarac, Klisa, Divoš, Lug, Novi Čeminac, Petrijevci, Uglješ, Bijelo Brdo, Čeminac and Švajcarnica.

Deliveries beyond the 25 km radius are sent with the GLS courier service - see the next question for delivery prices!

For locations within 15 km of Osijek:

Delivery costs 2,50€ for orders up to 50€, and is free for orders over 50€.

For locations between 15 km and 25 km from Osijek:

Delivery costs 5,00€ for orders up to 75,00€, and is free for orders over 75,00€.

Yes. Everything you order arrives in a single parcel, and delivery always costs the same.

For orders sent through GLS, the delivery price depends on the weight of the parcel.

We deliver your order to your door in two slots:

 Tuesdays from 14:00 to 19:00
 Saturdays from 14:00 to 18:00

To the rest of Croatia, Austria and Germany we send your box to your door once a week: Tuesdays at 17:00

We cannot guarantee an exact time for GLS deliveries. Parcels for the City of Zagreb and northern Croatia arrive within roughly 24 hours , to the Pannonian region within 24 hours, and to Dalmatia in 24-48 hours. If you live in a hard-to-reach part of Croatia, we recommend not ordering perishable products or ones that damage easily (spoiling, bruising, going off).

Delivery to Austria and Germany takes 3-5 working days from Tuesday.

For orders within 25 km of Osijek:

You can place your order until 12:00 on Monday or Friday. Bear in mind that some products close earlier, depending on how long each one takes to prepare. Every product page shows the final order deadline for the next delivery slot.

For orders to the rest of Croatia, Austria and Germany:

You can place your order until 12:00 on Monday because we send the parcels every Tuesday.

You can pay by bank transfer (IBAN), card, or cash on delivery.

For deliveries outside Croatia, payment is by bank transfer (IBAN) or card only.

‍By clicking Orders -> Edit you can add or remove products, change quantities, change the delivery address and add notes for the producers and/or drivers - but no later than 12:00 on Monday or Friday.

By clicking Shop pick the product you want -> Add to basket, choose the delivery date of your first order -> Confirm order.

If you are ordering from the rest of Croatia, unfortunately an order cannot be changed once it has been closed . If it is urgent, call us on +385 99 566 6660 :)

An order can be changed right up to the final order lock deadline, which is 24 hours before the delivery day .

An order paid by bank transfer or card unfortunately CANNOT be changed. If it is urgent, do call us on +385 99 566 6660 and we will see what we can do :)

Unfortunately not. In the Osijek-Baranja County area we deliver on Tuesdays and Saturdays . Because the number of orders is unpredictable, we cannot accommodate requests about delivery times. If your situation or time window is genuinely specific, put it in the note for the driver and we will try to meet it.

If you are not at home when we deliver, you can collect your parcel from us at Drniška ulica 9, 31000 Osijek, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

As a registered customer you can review the products you have ordered.

There is also a share option for social media in the top right corner of every product and producer page.

On the delivery day a link will appear in your menu “Track delivery” which lets you follow the driver and see roughly when your parcel will reach your door.

GLS shipments can be tracked too. Once the parcel has been handed over to GLS, a tracking link will arrive in your inbox.
