In the course of our business Plodovi we collect and process the personal data of our customers and of parties interested in our products, in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Protecting your privacy is our priority - please read this information carefully.
Scope
This Privacy Policy concerns the confidentiality of personal data collected when Customers register on the website www.plodovi.com and when Users register to receive notifications about products and offers.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Purchase (pre-contractual information) of the website www.plodovi.com. Reducos Software j.d.o.o. complies with applicable regulations protecting the privacy of its Customers, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we collect?
Customer registration
First and last name, address (including postcode), email address, telephone number, date of birth (optional), username and password.
Newsletter subscription
Name (optional) and email address.
We also automatically collect technical data: IP address, date and time of access, hardware/software information, and click data.
Security recommendation: We recommend that users choose strong passwords (a mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers, at least 6 characters) and change them periodically.
Purpose of processing
- Secure authentication of Customers.
- Performance of the contract for the purchase of goods or services, and delivery.
- Communication with the Customer and customer support.
- Sending notifications and invitations to prize competitions (with consent).
- Improving our processes and personalising our offer.
Note: we do not collect data about children under 16. Any such data will be removed without delay.
Sharing data
We share personal data only where it is necessary to deliver the service or required by law:
- Distribution service providers: For the purpose of delivering parcels. The driver may ask to see photo ID on handover.
- Prize competition sponsors: Only for the purpose of delivering the prize to the winner, where the competition rules say so.
Measuring ad results (Google Ads)
When you reach our website by clicking an ad on Google, Google adds a click identifier to the link (the gclid parameter, or gbraid or wbraid). The identifier contains neither your name nor your contact details. If you do not arrive through an ad, none of what this chapter describes happens.
- We store the identifier with your shopping cart and, if you order, with the order. We set no separate cookie for this.
- For orders placed within 90 days of the click we send Google the click identifier, the time of the order, its amount, the currency and the order number, so that Google can show which ads led to a purchase. We do not send your name, email address, postal address, phone number or what you ordered.
- The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, the provider of Google Ads. How Google processes data is described at policies.google.com/privacy.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) in measuring which ads lead to orders, so that we do not spend money on advertising that does not work. We consider that interest proportionate because the identifier comes from a link you clicked yourself, we send Google nothing with it that identifies you directly, and we use it only for 90 days after the click.
The identifier stays with the order for as long as we keep the order itself. You can object to this processing at any time by writing to info@plodovi.hr; we then remove the identifier from your order and do not send it to Google.
Measuring ad results (Reddit Ads)
When you reach our website by clicking an ad on Reddit, Reddit adds a click identifier to the link (the rdt_cid parameter). The identifier contains neither your name nor your contact details. If you do not arrive through a Reddit ad, none of what this chapter describes happens. We do not use the Reddit pixel on our website.
- We store the identifier with your shopping cart and, if you order, with the order. We set no separate cookie for this.
- For an order placed after such a click we send Reddit, once, the click identifier, the time of the order, its amount, the currency and the order number, at most a few days after the order, so that Reddit can show which ads led to a purchase. We do not send your name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address or what you ordered.
- The recipient is Reddit Netherlands B.V., Amsterdam, the provider of Reddit Ads in the European Union. How Reddit processes data, including transfers outside the EU, is described at reddit.com/policies/privacy-policy.
