In the course of our business Plodovi we collect and process the personal data of our customers and of parties interested in our products, in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Protecting your privacy is our priority - please read this information carefully.
Scope
This Privacy Policy concerns the confidentiality of personal data collected when Customers register on the website www.plodovi.com and when Users register to receive notifications about products and offers.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Purchase (pre-contractual information) of the website www.plodovi.com. Reducos Software j.d.o.o. complies with applicable regulations protecting the privacy of its Customers, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we collect?
Customer registration
First and last name, address (including postcode), email address, telephone number, date of birth (optional), username and password.
Newsletter subscription
Name (optional) and email address.
We also automatically collect technical data: IP address, date and time of access, hardware/software information, and click data.
Security recommendation: We recommend that users choose strong passwords (a mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers, at least 6 characters) and change them periodically.
Purpose of processing
- Secure authentication of Customers.
- Performance of the contract for the purchase of goods or services, and delivery.
- Communication with the Customer and customer support.
- Sending notifications and invitations to prize competitions (with consent).
- Improving our processes and personalising our offer.
Note: we do not collect data about children under 16. Any such data will be removed without delay.
Sharing data
We share personal data only where it is necessary to deliver the service or required by law:
- Distribution service providers: For the purpose of delivering parcels. The driver may ask to see photo ID on handover.
- Prize competition sponsors: Only for the purpose of delivering the prize to the winner, where the competition rules say so.

Access and rectification

Right to be forgotten (erasure)
You can send a request for erasure to info@plodovi.hr. Data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example invoices).
