1. Use and amendments
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the General Terms) govern the use of the online sales service. The "Plodovi online sales" services are available on the website: www.plodovi.com (hereinafter: Plodovi online sales).
The website and the other Plodovi online sales services - such as purchasing through Plodovi online sales with delivery, or purchasing through the Plodovi mobile application - may be used for your private purposes free of charge, in the manner set out in these General Terms. By using Plodovi online sales you undertake to comply with these General Terms.
Force majeure and extraordinary circumstances
In the event of force majeure and/or other extraordinary circumstances as assessed by "Plodovi", and regardless of whether a state of emergency has been declared by the competent authorities, the Customer acknowledges that the service may be slowed, partially restricted or withheld entirely. The Customer accepts that in such circumstances "Plodovi" may depart from these General Terms and provide the service to the extent that is logistically, operationally and in terms of product range feasible at the time, including the right to suspend:
- access to the online interface,
- the ordering of goods, and
- the delivery of goods already ordered.
These General Terms, together with the information published on the website, also constitute pre-contractual information in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
2. Terms of purchase
These General Terms set out the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints in respect of the products offered on the website www.plodovi.com. The procedure and the terms of purchase/sale of goods through Plodovi online sales are defined by the following stages:
- Registration
- Ordering
- Dispatch
- Payment
- Collection
- Returns/complaints

2.1. Registration
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered on registration and purchase. If any of your details change, please update your account without delay or notify us at info@plodovi.hr. In line with legal age restrictions on the purchase of alcoholic drinks, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that an adult takes receipt of the order.
2.2. Ordering goods
Products are ordered electronically. Pressing the "Confirm order" icon adds the selected product to the shopping basket.
Buying as a registered user offers features such as:
- Reviewing past orders
- Changing your account details
- Tracking the driver on the delivery day
- Editing your order until orders are locked
- Favourites
- Saving additional delivery addresses
Note: product images are illustrative. Where the image and the delivered product differ, the customer may not rely on that as a material defect.
2.3. Dispatch of goods
Ordered goods will be packed so that ordinary handling in transit cannot damage them. The Customer is advised to inspect the shipment on receipt.
2.4. Payment for goods
The Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products by one of the methods listed on the website. Delivery costs (for orders under HRK 250) are charged in addition.
2.5. Taking receipt of the order
If the Customer cancels an order after it has been dispatched, or fails to take receipt of the goods without good reason, "Plodovi" reserves the right to claim handling and transport costs, and the price of any perishable goods.
2.6. Complaints, returns and objections
You can submit a written complaint by email to: info@plodovi.hr. We will reply within 15 days at the latest.
Liability for material defects
A material defect exists if:
- the item does not have the properties needed for its ordinary use or for sale,
- the item does not have the properties needed for the particular use for which the buyer is acquiring it,
- the item does not have the properties and features expressly or tacitly agreed,
- the seller has delivered an item that does not match the sample or model,
- the item lacks properties normally found in other items of the same kind,
- incorrect assembly results from defects in the assembly instructions.
The buyer's right to unilaterally terminate the contract
You may terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 working days of receiving the product. Send notice of termination to:

When do you not have a right to terminate? For perishable goods, goods that expire quickly, sealed goods unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once unsealed, and so on.
3. External services
The services do not cover the costs you incur in using your own computer equipment and internet access.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the Plodovi site is protected. For any commercial use you must contact Plodovi in advance.
5. Availability of online sales
Access to the site may occasionally be unavailable due to works, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Linked websites
The website includes links to other sites that are outside the control of Plodovi.
7. Indicative price
The final invoice may differ from the indicative price (for example for items sold by weight). We honour only those promotions published on "Plodovi" online sales.
