Extra jam - elderberry

Bazgić extra jam made from ripe elderberries is produced according to a traditional recipe. The berries were picked along the forest edges  and partly around our organic certified fields and meadows. 2 years ago, we also planted our own elderberry plantations, which are currently in the in-conversion period for organic certification.

We keep added sugars to an absolute minimum. The product contains no preservatives, additives, artificial colours, etc., and is pasteurised.               Made with 73 g of fruit per 100 g of product.   Awarded a bronze diploma: The Directorate for Expert Support to Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organised the 5th evaluation of plant-based processed food products. In addition to Directorate staff involved in plant-based product processing, the expert evaluation committee included renowned professors in the field from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology  and  Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb.

Laboratory tested, 100 g of Bazgić product contains on average:
