Who are we?

Meet the Plodovi team

We are a group of young enthusiasts who believe that society must and can eat better, without it coming at the expense of either the producer or the customer.

Our mission

We are here to prove it by our own example.

At the same time, we are clearing the way for other marketplaces. You are on plodovi.com, the webshop of our short supply chain and the proof that such a system can work.

The strength of togetherness. We connect producers directly with you.

Producers

Going to market together

We have brought together a large number of producers so they can go to market as one, and gain strength from it. Producers can focus on what they love most and do best: growing food, and leave everything else to us.

Through our own short supply chain we learn every day about the problems and needs of everyone in a sustainable supply system like this one. With that experience and the feedback we get, we build better solutions day after day.

How we work

From field to table

We have cut out the endless mileage and cold storage of conventional supply chains.

Everything in one parcel

You can order from as many producers as you like, and we will deliver it all to your door in a single parcel.

Always fresh, always good

All fresh produce comes straight from the field. Producers harvest to order, for your delivery day, exactly what we deliver to you. It does not get fresher than that.

Technology and development

We build solutions that make it far faster and easier to bring Croatian produce, so often undervalued, to market.
