Juice - nettle

NETTLE CORDIAL is made according to a traditional recipe. Young nettle tips are harvested in untouched nature along the forest edges  and partly around our organically certified fields and meadows. 

We keep added sugars to an absolute minimum.

The product contains no preservatives, additives, artificial colourings, etc. The syrup is pasteurised and regularly analysed for microbiological safety in an accredited lab. Awarded a silver diploma: the Directorate for Expert Support to Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organised an evaluation of processed plant-based food products. In addition to Directorate staff involved in processing plant-based products, the expert evaluation panel included renowned professors in this field from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology  and  the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb.
