Spread - sweet potato

Made from 150 g of sweet potato per 100 g of finished product. Batatić - sweet potato spread is made according to our own recipe. The product is officially certified organic. It is made from our certified organic sweet potatoes of various varieties. 

It is most commonly used for feeding young children, but it is also often enjoyed by slightly bigger "children" (with yoghurt, cheeses, etc.)

We keep added sugars to an absolute minimum. The product is free from preservatives, additives, artificial colourings, etc., pasteurised, and regularly microbiologically analysed in an authorised lab.  Batatić won a         g o l d  diploma:  The Directorate for Expert Support to Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organised the 4th evaluation of processed plant-based food products on the premises of the Ministry of Agriculture in Zagreb. Alongside staff from the Directorate who deal with the processing of plant-based products, the expert evaluation panel also included renowned professors in this field from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology  and the  Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Zagreb.
