Juice - 100% pure elderberry juice

Ingredients: juice of ripe elderberries, citric acid.

Contains no preservatives, artificial flavourings, colourings or fragrances.

We usually take 1-2 tablespoons daily with tea, water, coffee, etc.

The product is regularly analysed microbiologically in an accredited laboratory. The sugar content is also tested (6,1 g per 100 ml).

The product is pasteurised and has a shelf life of 18 months. 

After opening, store in the refrigerator. 

The product is available in a 0,37 l bottle  

Since we have received very good ratings (mostly gold diplomas) over the last few years when submitting some of our products for evaluation (e.g. in autumn 2023, our elderberry syrup won a gold diploma), we plan to enter this product in the same competition as well. 

Evaluation org.: The Directorate for Expert Support to Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organised a series of evaluations of plant-based processed food products. In addition to Directorate staff involved in the processing of plant-based products, the expert evaluation panel includes renowned professors in this field from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology  and  the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb.
