This honey carries the "Honey from Croatian Apiaries" label.
Honeydew honey is a honey that does not come from floral nectar, but from plant juices from deeper plant layers that bees cannot reach under normal conditions. Aphids damage the leaves and young twigs, releasing sweet plant juices. The excess that aphids cannot process appears as honeydew, which bees then collect.
Honeydew honey is rich in minerals, making it excellent for human health.
It is often used to relieve cold and flu symptoms due to its antibacterial properties.
It is also known for its ability to improve digestion and reduce inflammation.
It is used for cosmetic purposes (creams, balms).
