Product Information
Acacia honey is one of the most prized and popular types of honey. It is recognisable by its very light colour, mild aroma, and delicate, sweet taste. It crystallises very slowly compared to other types of honey. It has a soothing effect on the throat and respiratory tract, especially during colds and coughs. It is easily digestible and recommended for people with sensitive stomachs.
The honey analysis was carried out at the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek.
Apiary location: Haljevo Forest, Kozarac, Baranja.
