Vrt prirode is a young family farm growing food in a natural and organic way. No artificial plant fertilisers, pesticides, or herbicides are used. Our apiary is located on the edge of the Kopački rit Nature Park, where we gather particularly fine honey.

Lijep pozdrav! Neke vrste meda se kristaliziraju brže od ostalih. Ako želite med u nekristaliziranom stanju, predlažemo bagremov ili šumski med koji se sporije kristaliziraju. Kristalizacija je prirodno svojstvo meda i jedno od garancija da je med pravi, izvoran. Zagrijavanjem do 40 stupnjeva Celzijusa može se vratiti u tekuće stanje. Na temperaturi iznad ove dolazi do poništenja enzima i vitamina u medu te on gubi većinu od svojih ljekovitih svojstava. Ako želite cvjetni med u tekućem stanju, najbolje da napomenete prije kupnje direktnom porukom prodavaču. Ponekad je potrebno i nekoliko dana za dekristalizaciju na ovako niskoj temperaturi zagrijavanja.
