Juice - elderflower

Elderflower juice is produced according to a traditional recipe. The flowers are picked along forest edges  and partly around our organic certified fields and meadows. 2 years ago we also planted our own elderberry plantations, which are currently in the transition period for organic certification.

We keep added sugars to an absolute minimum. The product is free from preservatives, additives, artificial colourings, etc. The syrup is pasteurised and regularly subjected to microbiological analysis in an accredited laboratory.  

Awarded  g o l d   diploma: The Directorate for Expert Support to Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organised the 5th evaluation of plant-based processed food products. In addition to Directorate staff involved in the processing of plant-based products, the expert evaluation panel included renowned professors in this field from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology  and  the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb.
