Syrup - nettle

Nettle syrup is made according to a traditional recipe. Young nettle tips are harvested in untouched nature along forest edges  and partly around our organic-certified fields and meadows. 

We keep added sugars to a minimum. The product is free from preservatives, additives, artificial colourings, etc. The syrup is pasteurised and regularly microbiologically analysed in an accredited lab. Silver diploma won: Uprava za stručnu podršku razvoju poljoprivrede Ministarstva poljoprivrede organised an evaluation of processed plant-based food products. In addition to Directorate staff involved in plant product processing, the expert evaluation panel included renowned professors in this field from the Prehrambeno-biotehnološki fakultet  and  Agronomski fakultet Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.
