Syrup - elderflower

Elderflower syrup is produced according to a traditional recipe. The flowers were picked along forest edges  and partly around our organically certified fields and meadows. A couple of years ago, we planted our own elderberry orchards, which are currently in the transition period for organic certification.

We keep added sugars to a minimum. The product is free from preservatives, additives, artificial colours, etc. The syrup is pasteurised and regularly subjected to microbiological analysis in an accredited laboratory.  

In autumn 2024, we won our second consecutive  g o l d   diploma: The Directorate for Expert Support to Agricultural Development of the Ministry of Agriculture organised the 5th evaluation of plant-based food products. In addition to staff from the Directorate involved in plant-based product processing, the expert evaluation panel included renowned professors in this field from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology  and  Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb.
