Local products certified by the Republic of Croatia, branded with the HRVATSKI OTOČNI PROIZVODI label.

- jams made from various fruits harvested mostly in the garden, as well as from across the island of Vis
- fish pâtés made from large pelagic fish and conger eel
- tapenade olive spread
- arancini and limuncini (candied lemon and orange peel)
- dried ground lemon and orange peel to complement cakes and liqueurs
- capers and rock samphire in wine vinegar
