Local products with a licence recognised by the Republic of Croatia, branded with the CROATIAN ISLAND PRODUCT label.

- jams made from various fruits harvested mostly from the garden, as well as from across the entire island of Vis
- fish pâtés made from large oily fish and conger eel
- olive tapenade spread
- arancini and limuncini (candied orange and lemon peel)
- dried ground lemon and orange peel to add to cakes and liqueurs
- capers and rock samphire in wine vinegar
