OPG Šestanj

The Šestanj family farm was established in 2017. Both the headquarters of the family farm and all of its production areas are located in Ladimirevci (Valpovo). Since 2021, the owner of the family farm has been Josip Šestanj, Master of Science in Agronomy, who developed a passion for agricultural production during his studies at the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek. The knowledge acquired during his education and practical farming experience are the key assets of the family farm. As the family farm grows vegetables exclusively, production itself is exceptionally demanding, especially because a large number of vegetable crops are cultivated, meaning agricultural techniques must be tailored to each individual crop. Production practices on this family farm adhere to professional agronomic standards and strive to follow innovative methods in agricultural technology. The Šestanj family farm grows steadily every year, currently cultivating as many as 7 crops on its land (Slavonian winter garlic, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, peas and tomatoes). The quality of the family farm is best demonstrated by the positive feedback from satisfied, returning customers.
