One of the most effective ways to store rocket is to wash and thoroughly dry it as soon as you receive it. Then transfer it to a plastic bag or container lined with a paper towel, tissue, or another cotton material to absorb excess moisture. This will help keep the rocket fresh for longer. Storing it in the fridge at a temperature of 4°C to 5°C will extend its freshness.
