Cooked tomatoes prepared in the traditional way, which involves longer preparation and slow cooking. We also choose traditional, local varieties to achieve the highest quality final product. Thanks to the careful cultivation of the tomatoes and the cooking process itself, our cooked tomato sauce has an exceptionally thick texture and a sweet flavour.
