Spring honey, known for its rapid crystallisation, is made from the nectar of melliferous plants that offer their gold to bees in the months of March and April.

KEEP AT ROOM TEMPERATURE!

Crystallisation is a natural property of honey. To return the honey to a liquid state, it needs to be warmed to a temperature of up to 40°C.
