Sanja Blank family farm is located in the heart of Slavonia, a region known for its fertile land and long tradition of fruit growing. Our orchard covers three hectares of carefully tended apple, pear and blue plum trees. We grow our fruit according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, which views nature as a harmonious and interconnected whole. We do not use synthetic pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers in our production, relying instead on natural methods to maintain soil fertility and plant health. We pay special attention to biodiversity, the preservation of beneficial organisms and the natural balance of the ecosystem. Biodynamic farming involves using natural preparations and respecting natural rhythms and cycles. In this way, we obtain higher-quality, tastier and nutritionally richer fruit. We believe that healthy soil creates healthy plants, and healthy plants yield top-quality fruit.
