OPG DROZDEK

The Drozdek family farm produces high-quality vermicompost (worm castings). At the beginning of 2020, we started with 28 worm beds across an area of 56m2. Through hard work and dedication, we managed to end the year with 36 beds covering 72m2. Increased demand for vermicompost motivated us to expand further and increase our area by an additional 75m2. We are currently proud of our total area of 150m2. The plan is to fill the entire area by the end of 2021. Vermicompost is a high-quality organic fertiliser produced with the help of red wigglers from horse manure and composted straw and hay. It is suitable for organic and conventional agriculture. It is used during sowing and planting, as well as in fruit growing, gardening, viticulture, and the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic herbs. Vermicompost pellets – pellets are produced by pressing vermicompost, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 20 degrees. They are used in organic and commercial agriculture during planting and sowing, as well as in fruit growing, gardening, viticulture, and the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic herbs.

About our beginnings: From a single bucket of red wigglers to humus and vermicompost pellets here(agroklub). I started raising red wigglers in 2006 for my own needs. We used the resulting vermicompost in the garden, orchard, greenhouse and on houseplants. The vermicompost proved to be outstanding. Plants grow faster and are more resistant to disease. This year we decided to share our knowledge and effort with others. To package it and offer it to you so that you can nurture your plants with our products. We will soon present all of our products to you.
