Sauce - hot - Jalapeno - sour cherry

We would describe this sauce in two words: Top class! The only way you won't love it is if sour cherries are your mortal 
enemy. If they aren't, it's hard not to fall in love with this winning combination. It goes brilliantly with 
meat dishes, and especially with desserts. Throughout our childhood we were lucky enough to climb and enjoy the shade 
beneath a sour cherry tree. As it was unfortunately destroyed by a lightning strike, an apple tree took its place. In 
honour of the sour cherry and out of nostalgia for carefree times, we decided to pay tribute to what we miss today. 
This sauce translates those sweet memories!
