Biscuits - Piruete - spelt

Piruete are crumbly biscuits made from organic spelt flour from around Đakovo. They are excellent with coffee or tea, as a treat when a sweet craving strikes. They contain no additives, flavour enhancers or artificial colours. Furthermore, they contain no ready-made mixes or raising agents, but exclusively high-quality, nutritionally rich ingredients. They have a mild flavour, aromatic with vanilla and orange, and are sweetened with agave.

Ingredients: 

Spelt flour 57%, coconut oil, agave syrup, vanilla extract 6%, brown flaxseeds, orange extract, salt.
