We are particularly proud of our collaboration with OPG Dejan Nađ, Patuljci s Goldberga. Behind this family farm is beekeeper Dejan Nađ, who introduced us to virgin acacia honey. For him, beekeeping is not just a job, but a way of life. Their honey is crafted in harmony with nature, with great respect for bees and traditional beekeeping. Manual extraction, patience, and careful selection of every frame are all part of a process that preserves the natural purity, rich aroma, and premium quality of the honey. The result is honey that carries the authentic flavor of acacia forage and the dedication of a man who believes that the best things are created slowly, with love and respect for nature.
This year's acacia honey is almost clear in color, with a delicate, mild taste and a light floral aroma that faithfully captures the scent of an acacia forest. It is very liquid and naturally remains in that state much longer than most other types of honey because it crystallizes very slowly.

Bees build virgin comb completely naturally, without foundation sheets. It is brand new, has never contained bee brood, and no honey has ever been extracted from it before. The bees fill the newly built comb with honey and then seal it with thin wax caps. This is why it is characterized by exceptional purity and the wax's naturally white color. This cap is their natural sign that the honey has fully matured. During this process, they remove excess water from the nectar, enrich it with natural enzymes, and transform it into mature honey that long retains its quality. It is thanks to this that it preserves its original quality and natural properties.
