    • Pumpkin soup · Halloween supper

      Roast the pumpkin, simmer it with onion and potato, blend and stir in the cream.

    • Bučnica (pumpkin and cheese strudel) · Halloween supper

      Grate and salt the pumpkin, squeeze it, mix with the cheese and eggs, roll in the pastry and bake 45 minutes.

    • Toffee apples · Halloween supper

      Melt the sugar with a little butter until golden, dip the apples and leave them to set.

Everything pumpkin, at the height of its season: a smooth soup, bučnica or roast pumpkin, and toffee apples and roast chestnuts for something sweet.
How much pumpkin do I need?
For the soup and the strudel, about 450 g of pumpkin per person; a 1.5 kg hokkaido is enough for three.
