That is how we would describe our calling, our effort, our work. Because it is not enough to simply say: this is organic production. Our products' organic label is not defined solely by the fact that we do not use artificial fertilisers, that we do not treat crops with pesticides, that we do not use harmful herbicides, that our products contain no genetically modified ingredients, or that we add nothing artificial and take away nothing natural.

Behind our organic label lies a multitude of small, fascinating organic stories and one overarching message: our health depends on the health of nature.

Our products are part of a rich Slavonian tradition: grains from golden fields.
All great civilisations were built upon cereal grains. Today, they are only seemingly overshadowed by various trends and diverse dietary choices. Grains are still the strong heart of a meal, as the famous macrobiotic practitioner Rene Levy liked to say. They are with us in the morning in delicious, fragrant porridges and fresh pastries; at lunch, often tucked away in stews and pasta; in afternoon biscuits and the finest cakes; and in evening toast or pancakes. And they can even be found where we least expect them: we can use them to prepare soup, tea, coffee, and even milk.

When we talk about food, we are increasingly and ever more clearly talking about health. It is as if Hippocrates is constantly whispering to us in the kitchen: let food be your medicine, so we explore and check which food is good for us and how. Therefore, let us see what Hippocrates would say if we invited him to prepare and taste meals made with our grains.
