How to store bacon? 🥓
🔹 In the fridge (4°C – 10°C) – Wrap in baking paper, a cotton cloth or parchment paper. Avoid plastic bags.
🔹 In the pantry or cellar (10°C – 15°C) – Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. If it is in one piece, hang it up to dry.
🔹 Freezing (-18°C) – Cut into smaller pieces, wrap in foil and place in a freezer bag.
✅ Tip: Take it out of the fridge 30–60 minutes before eating for a fuller flavour.
