How to store sausage? 🌭

🔹 In the fridge (4°C – 10°C) – Wrap in baking paper, a cotton cloth or parchment paper. Avoid plastic bags, which can encourage spoilage.

🔹 In the pantry or cellar (10°C – 15°C) – Store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from moisture. If it is whole, you can hang it up to dry.

🔹 Freezing (-18°C) – Cut into smaller pieces, wrap in foil or paper, and place in a freezer bag.

✅ Tip: Take the sausage out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before serving to bring out its full flavour.
