How to store pork cracklings? 🥓

🔹 In the fridge (4°C – 10°C) – Keep the pork cracklings in an airtight container or tightly wrapped in paper. Avoid plastic bags as they can cause moisture build-up.

🔹 In the freezer (-18°C) – If you want to store them for longer, you can freeze the pork cracklings. Wrap them in foil or paper, place in a freezer bag and store at -18°C.

✅ Tip: Before eating, take the pork cracklings out of the fridge or freezer and leave them at room temperature so they retain their flavour and crunchiness.
