Destilerija Bijeli gusak

Operating since 2019 as the Bijeli Gusak family farm, we produce fruit brandies following modern technological guidelines without neglecting the wisdom of our ancestors.

All our fruit brandies are prepared in a new aroma column still and a Nixon-Stone reflux rectification still. Both stills were custom-built exclusively for our needs and feature a unique design. The plums and apples are organically grown, while our other fruit is sourced from nearby family farms and orchards with a long tradition of production.

Our quality approach has also been recognised by industry experts, who have awarded our brandies and gin gold, silver, and bronze quality medals since the distillery was founded. At the Craft Spirits Berlin trade fair, we were recognised on the international stage, winning a bronze medal for our plum brandy in 2020.
