Product Information
The hazelnuts are locally and organically grown. We have our own orchard and source additional stock from several organic family farms.
We roast the hazelnuts in a rotary oven (Roman and Istrian varieties).
After roasting, the hazelnuts are inspected and sorted by hand, removing any that do not meet our standards, all to ensure we deliver only the highest quality hazelnuts to our customers.
